Please note that the school is required to take steps to ascertain whether your child has permission to be in the UK and to study at the school.

Failure to provide full details in relation to any of the above or below information will result in your application not being processed.

If your child has or will have a time restricted or temporary visa in any other immigration category (for example, as a dependent) please provide a copy of this.

If your child has been granted digital status under the UK's EU Settlement Scheme, please provide proof when returning this form.

Please note that in relation to all children who have, or will have a time restricted or temporary visa, we reserve the right to:

a) request further information and sight of documentation in support of your declarations regarding immigration; and

b) to share information with the Home Office as required, including for the purposes of compliance.

The School may be required to notify and / or supply information relating to your (i.e. the parents) and / or your child's right to enter, reside and / or study in the United Kingdom to the Home Office (and to do so whether we sponsor your child or not).

We are able to grant access arrangements, such as extra time or use of a computer, for the examinations to support those applicants with a diagnosed special educational need or disability. Any request for access arrangements needs to be supported by a written report from a recognised educational professional, dated within two years of the published assessment date. The request for access arrangements must be submitted, along with all other written documentation, by the published registration deadline. Evidence of history for the need of this provision will be sought from your child’s current school.

When considering access arrangements, they will only be awarded if the applicant would be granted the concessions in external formal exams, in line with the most recently published Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) Regulations (2023-2024).

You will be required to submit copies of any relevant reports confirming the details of the specific arrangements. Any concessions awarded for the examinations will only be confirmed once the relevant reports have been received and reviewed.

Failure to disclose any condition at this stage may result in the school being unable to arrange appropriate provision for your child when they visit, or should they be offered a place.
